====== Return to Eden ====== Before Level-9 released its own adventure called Return to Eden, Oliver Neef wrote this text and graphics text adventure for the Sinclair QL. Spanning 3 floppy disks, this is the largest adventure game released for the QL to date (2018). Originally released in German by qlwiki:Hallmark Software, it was translated to English and updated by qlwiki:Rich Mellor, and then published by qlwiki:CGH Services; finally being published by Rich Mellor under his own trading name, qlwiki:RWAP Adventures following the demise of CGH Services. Return to Eden displays a graphical display of each location and a text description and allows you to control three different characters, all of which have different skills and abilities within the game. All 3 characters have been sent by the King of Eldomir to the Island of Eden to search for and rescue his son and heir Morkin. The game is played in real-time, with the passage of night and day affecting what you can do. The interpreter is also good at allowing English phrases, rather than the normal verb + noun format, so you can use for example, OPEN THE DOOR WITH THE WOODEN KEY. Originally published for the Sinclair QL computer, thanks to the qlwiki:QL2K emulator, qlwiki:RWAP Adventures have now released a version for Windows. ---- \\ Title: **Return to Eden**\\ Language: Written in SuperBASIC and compiled with Turbo\\ Author: Oliver Neef and qlwiki:Rich Mellor\\ Publisher: qlwiki:Hallmark Software, qlwiki:CGH Services and qlwiki:RWAP Adventures\\ Platforms Suitable for: Sinclair QLs with disks (min 256K) and emulators\\ Commercial Status: Commercial\\ Price as at January 1990: Unknown\\ Reviews: Unknown\\ Sources Available from: RWAP Software\\ Latest Version available from: RWAP Adventures website
