THORNADO-SYSTEMS was a software label of [[qlwiki:THOR Datensysteme GmbH]], a German legal company headed by [[qlwiki:Stephan Michels]]. After their closure [[qlwiki:COWO Electronic]] purchased the remaining stock and all rights in their software. In January 1998 [[qlwiki:Urs Koenig]] declared all their software as freeware. The software was then submitted as is to [[qlwiki:Gerhard Plavec]] for inclusion on the QL-PD/CD-R, the first of many QL related [[qlwiki:CDROMs]].
