Newtech Publishing Limited released a range of software for the Sinclair ZX Spectrum, but so far as we know, they only released one program for the Sinclair QL, the business game, Tycoon.

They also appear to have produced A QL Compendium which was published by Addison-Wesley Publishing Company.
